Developer Team Lead – PHP/Laravel (Poland Remote)

Job Overview

The Developer Team Lead will guide an engineering team responsible for building and improving INGENIOUS.BUILD’s real estate and construction project-management platform while contributing directly to code quality, architecture, testing, delivery, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and guide an engineering team through planning, development, and delivery of high-quality software.
• Remain hands-on with software development and contribute directly to the codebase.
• Optimize code and help ensure timely delivery of engineering work.

• Support hiring and onboarding of developers.

Required Qualifications

• Communicative English at B2 level or higher.
• Extensive experience building scalable applications.
• Advanced proficiency with PHP 8.1 or newer.
• Experience with modern PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony.
• Experience with modular monolith and layered architecture.
• Strong focus on framework-agnostic software development.
• Ability to write clean and maintainable code while minimizing unnecessary dependencies.
• Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks such as PHPUnit.
• Understanding of robust testing strategies for reliable and maintainable software.
• Experience managing a team of developers.
• Experience taking responsibility for the delivery of multiple complex projects.

Relevant Application Experience

Experience building large-scale applications such as CRM, CMS, or ERP systems is particularly relevant to this position. Direct SaaS experience is considered a strong advantage.
