About the Role

Sukoon Insurance is seeking a Quality Auditor to join its dynamic Call Center team. This role is exclusively for UAE Nationals and focuses on ensuring exceptional customer service, compliance with company standards, and continuous improvement in call center operations.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Monitor & Evaluate Interactions – Assess calls, emails, and chats to ensure compliance with policies.
✅ Performance Evaluation – Provide constructive feedback to agents and identify training needs.
✅ Quality Audits & Reporting – Conduct audits, track metrics, and report findings to management.
✅ Enhance Customer Satisfaction – Analyze feedback and implement service improvements.
✅ Collaborate with Teams – Work with trainers and leaders to refine quality assurance processes.

Requirements:

✔ Fluent in English & Arabic (written & verbal)
✔ Strong analytical skills to track KPIs and trends
✔ Excellent time management & multitasking abilities
✔ Adaptability in a fast-paced call center environment
✔ UAE National only (as per company policy)
