The Role:
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in deploying and operating Presight AI’s systems. You will collaborate closely with software engineering teams, automating processes and building essential tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining a scalable and robust CI/CD framework.
- Building and maintaining health and performance monitoring systems.
- Automating and streamlining operations and processes.
- Ensuring timely resolution of issues through effective ticket management.
- Creating and maintaining deployment-specific support documentation.
- Working with Python coding to solve challenging problems.
- Growing and developing a talented team of engineers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences.
- 8-10 years of experience in DevOps.
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix Administration.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Hands-on experience with Configuration Management tools (Puppet, Ansible, Chef, Terraform).
- Expertise in Docker and Container Orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm).
- Strong scripting skills and Git proficiency.
- Experience with SQL and MySQL.
- Working knowledge of Java and Python.
- Excellent communication skills.
Bonus Skills:
- Knowledge of Hadoop, Cloudera, Hortonworks, or MapR.
- Working knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID/OpenID-Connect, SAML 2.0, Kerberos, LDAP.
