What’s the Role?
Britannia is seeking an experienced professional to manage and boost sales within their distribution network. This role focuses on achieving secondary sales targets and ensuring effective execution of marketing strategies at points of sale.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Driving secondary value and volume objectives.
- Managing EDGE execution at retail outlets.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with retailers and wholesalers.
- Ensuring stock freshness and managing stock norms.
- Implementing new product launches and consumer promotions.
- Providing training to Route Sales Agents/TSIs.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
- Adhering to commercial control systems.
What Britannia is Looking For:
- Experience: 2-10 years (specifically 5-6 years in GT Sales Field operations in the FMCG industry preferred).
- Skills: Strong understanding of GT Sales, Channel sales, and FMCG sales. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Education: Any graduate, MBA desirable.
- Competencies: Ability to handle a team, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills.
