The company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join their dynamic team at the Hosur plant, focusing on the Motor Control Unit (MCU) development for its growing EV portfolio.

The Quality Assurance Engineer will play a pivotal role in ensuring the MCU meets the highest standards of reliability and performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for MCU development.
- Identify and resolve defects using QC story/8D tools.
- Conduct SDCA and PDCA for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (AIS, ISO, IEC).
- Participate in supplier evaluations and PPAP audits.
- Conduct benchmarking studies for improvement.
- Work closely with design teams to review product requirements.
Ideal Candidate:
- 3-7 years of experience in the automobile industry.
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.
- Strong understanding of MCU algorithms and hardware.
- Familiarity with automotive standards and testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and quality control.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 26262.
