Who They’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in data engineering and science.
- A Master’s degree in STEM (PhD preferred).
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- An innovative, value-centric mindset.
- Experience in a manufacturing company is a strong plus.
Location: Kaiseraugst, Switzerland (Hybrid role, also open in the Netherlands and India)
