Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
The Lead Technical Artist will be responsible for:
- Prototyping and integrating new features in Unreal Engine 5.
- Leading and mentoring a team of technical artists.
- Developing and optimizing workflows for character creation.
- Ensuring high-quality asset integration and performance.
- Collaborating with art directors, engineers, and designers.
Ideal candidates will possess:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in a technical art role.
- Strong leadership experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Unreal Engine 5 and VFX.
- Proficiency in shader development and DCC workflows.
- Experience with Python and/or C++.
