Key Duties:
✔ Lead and manage security personnel in badging, credentialing, and access control for US Capitol facilities.
✔ Oversee LiveScan fingerprinting and ensure compliance with federal security standards.
✔ Develop and implement Microsoft SharePoint solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
✔ Analyze security trends and recommend improvements to protect Congressional members, staff, and visitors.
✔ Serve as the agency’s expert on personnel security programs and facility access protocols.
Qualifications & Requirements
✅ U.S. Citizenship Required
✅ 1+ Year of Specialized Experience (Equivalent to CP-08/GS-10 level)
✅ Strong Leadership & Management Skills
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Security Best Practices
✅ Must Pass Background Check, Credit Check & Fingerprinting
