Role Overview
Autodesk is seeking a Technical Success Manager for NAMER Adoption who brings deep expertise in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Owner ecosystem. This role is designed for industry professionals who are committed to advancing digital transformation across the construction landscape.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Customer Success, the Technical Success Manager will lead technical engagements with some of Autodesk’s most strategic customers in North America. By leveraging hands-on industry experience and strong technical acumen, the successful candidate will guide customers in maximizing value from Autodesk Construction Cloud.
The role combines strategic advisory responsibilities with practical execution, ensuring customers achieve measurable outcomes and realize strong returns on their investment.

Driving Inclusive Digital Advancement
The Technical Success Manager maintains a comprehensive understanding of the AEC sector, emerging technologies, and evolving market trends. By staying informed, the role effectively positions Autodesk Construction Cloud as a catalyst for innovation and operational excellence.
Strengthening Customer Capability Across Regions
Working closely with Customer Success Managers, the role executes initiatives outlined in Customer Success Plans. Through collaborative engagement, it ensures customers receive tailored technical guidance aligned with business priorities.
Executing Digital Strategy Through Adoption
The position serves as a subject-matter expert on Autodesk Construction Cloud, demonstrating the platform’s capabilities, identifying limitations, and recommending integration strategies. In addition, the role challenges existing processes through technical analysis and solution design, helping customers modernize workflows and embrace scalable digital practices.
Enabling Operational Excellence
The Technical Success Manager develops customized workflows, dashboards, reports, and health checks that allow organizations to gain actionable insights from their data. By translating complex requirements into structured solutions, the role strengthens operational performance and visibility.
Building Strategic Partnerships and Influence

- Willingness to travel as required to support customer engagements and internal collaboration

Compensation and Benefits
Autodesk offers a competitive compensation package for United States roles. The expected starting base salary for this position ranges between $84,000 and $151,250, depending on experience and geographic location.
