The Supervisory Contracting Officer leads the property management, procurement, and contracting program at FMC Carswell. Day-to-Day Impact

The Supervisory Contracting Officer independently executes contracts, monitors contractor performance, and ensures compliance with all procurement regulations. This includes conducting pre-solicitation and pre-award reviews, developing standard operating procedures, and overseeing contract closeouts. Basic Requirements:

Additional Qualifications:

  • Three years of graduate-level education or a Ph.D. in related fields, or
  • At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level, including conducting pre-solicitation conferences, developing SOPs, or performing pre-award contract reviews.

Candidates must meet federal employment eligibility requirements, including U.S. citizenship, security clearances, drug testing, and other special conditions of employment.
