The company seeks a Senior Customer Settlement Financial Controller to join its Warsaw office and play a key role in ensuring accurate, efficient, and transparent financial settlements with customers.

The Role

This position is designed for a finance professional who thrives in analytical environments and values precision. The Senior Customer Settlement Financial Controller will be responsible for managing end-to-end settlement processes with customers, ensuring contractual compliance, and supporting commercial decision-making through data-driven insights.

Core Responsibilities

  • Oversee accurate pricing, registration, and validation within the SAP system.
  • Manage contractual settlements, including turnover verification, agreement compliance, and bonus calculations.
  • Handle post-sales rebate settlements, ensuring adherence to budgets, promotional terms, and financial accuracy.
  • Execute marketing service settlements and ensure documentation aligns with audit and compliance standards.
  • Maintain daily communication with clients to support smooth financial transactions and relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Commercial Finance, Credit Control, and BI Data Analysis to optimize unused budgets and strengthen financial performance.
  • Generate financial reports and analytical summaries to support business operations.
  • Deliver high-quality service to both internal and external stakeholders.

A results-driven professional who combines technical financial expertise with proactive communication and collaboration skills.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar financial or accounting role.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong command of Excel and SAP systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and organized approach to work.
