What You Will Focus On
As a senior engineer, your role will go beyond coding. You will architect and guide end-to-end machine learning systems while mentoring peers and setting best practices. Expect to be involved in:

- More than 10 years of professional experience in software or machine learning engineering, or equivalent expertise, supported by an advanced degree
- Strong command of cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Proven proficiency in Python, ML frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch, and modern deployment workflows
- Experience with containerization, orchestration, and automation tools such as Kubernetes and GitHub Actions
- Familiarity with performance monitoring tools like New Relic and search technologies such as OpenSearch
- Solid background in building data pipelines, training large-scale models, and managing production deployments
- Analytical skills that allow you to create solutions with measurable business and healthcare impact
- Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary range between $165,000 and $205,000 annually
- Eligibility for the Labcorp Bonus Plan is tied to both company and individual performance
