The Role
The Nutricia Homeward Enteral Nurse plays a vital role in supporting patients who rely on tube feeding, helping them receive care safely and comfortably in their homes. Working within South West London, the nurse provides both clinical support and training, ensuring patients, carers, and healthcare professionals (HCPs) are confident and well-informed.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive training to patients, carers, and HCPs to ensure safe discharges and ongoing home care.
- Conduct regular patient reviews, providing guidance and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
- Prevent unnecessary hospital admissions by supporting community-based care, including tube changes and other related services.
- Collaborate closely with dietitians, GPs, and local nursing teams to deliver quality outcomes.

Essential Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RGN, RSCN, or RNLD) with a minimum of 12 months’ experience.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to South West London.
- Full UK Driving License.

- Proven ability to organize and manage a dynamic schedule effectively.
- Strong understanding of the UK healthcare system, particularly the NHS.
- Exceptional communication skills with patients and professional stakeholders alike.
