About the Role
As a Quality Engineering Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of NAB’s banking applications and hardware. You will be responsible for:
- Performing hands-on testing of contact centre capabilities, frontline banker components, and other banking devices.
- Conducting end-to-end quality engineering on banker applications, ensuring they meet performance and quality standards.
- Working closely with product owners, designers, and engineers to develop test plans and identify defects.
- Leveraging test management tools for test planning, execution, and reporting.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Hands-on experience in software testing, with a focus on banking applications.
- Experience with banker applications like eBOBS, NabOne, and Amazon Connect.
- A strong understanding of test case development and execution.
- Experience working with banking hardware like card swipe terminals, teller cash recyclers, and printers.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
