Position Overview
Volvo CE is seeking a dynamic, experienced leader to serve as Head of Site Purchasing in Hallsberg. This position involves leading a team of eight professionals, contributing to strategic and operational sourcing activities across all Volvo CE sites in Sweden. The role reports into the Purchasing Operations Europe leadership team and is part of the Hallsberg Operations Site management team.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead the Hallsberg Site Purchasing team in managing suppliers and commodities.
- Collaborate with three other site leaders and buyers located in Eskilstuna, Arvika, and Braås to ensure cohesive purchasing strategies across Sweden.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to meet customer expectations while supporting operational and strategic goals.
- Focus on achieving objectives related to Operations and New Product Development.
- Drive improvements, inspire team performance, and ensure value delivery every day.
Required Candidate Profile

- Proven experience in sourcing, supply chain management, or commercial roles.
- Strong negotiation skills and business acumen.
- Experience leading teams in international or cross-functional contexts.

- Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication, open-mindedness, and teamwork abilities.
