The Opportunity

  1. Recruitment and Selection Support
  2. HR Administration
    • Engaging in administrative tasks that ensure smooth HR operations across multiple countries.

    • Contributing to HR-led initiatives, including sports activities, charity programs, and team-building events.
  4. Cross-Country HR Exposure
    • Gaining insights into HR practices and processes in Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, and Slovenia.
  5. Digitalization Projects
    • Supporting projects aimed at enhancing HR systems and digital workflows.

Ideal Candidate

Educational Background

  • Current university student or recent graduate in HR, Business Administration, Economics, or Sociology.

Core Skills & Personal Attributes

  • Demonstrated passion for human resources with a proactive, ownership-driven attitude.
  • Trustworthy, precise, and accountable in handling tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in both Hungarian and English.
