About the Role:

The Associate IT Systems Programmer Consultant will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, version control, function, and performance of the CMDB within ServiceNow. This involves driving continuous improvement through automated discovery and integration using tools like ServiceNow Discovery. Strong leadership and technical skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, administer, and document CMDB support.
  • Configure integration points between ServiceNow and other IT systems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain MID Servers.
  • Configure Discovery for various devices and applications.
  • Remediate and prevent duplicate CIs.
  • Develop and maintain processes for improved data collection and integration.
  • Architect, design, and implement integrated solutions across various platforms.
  • Design, develop, and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow environment.
  • Provide technical leadership and training.
  • Troubleshoot software problems and perform root cause analysis.
