Role Purpose
The Strategic Partnerships Lead will drive the growth and expansion of Binance’s global banking partnerships. This role supports Binance’s mission to increase market penetration, enhance banking solutions, and enable digital asset adoption worldwide.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and expand global bank partnerships across retail, corporate, and institutional sectors.
- Proactively identify and engage potential banking partners, negotiating terms effectively.
- Manage and grow the portfolio of banking relationships, collaborating with Finance, Fiat, Treasury, VIP, Operations, and Product/Tech teams.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding and integration of banking services.
- Build the global bank strategy roadmap and advise senior management on market entry and partnership opportunities.
- Leverage existing banking networks and expertise in financial products to expand Binance’s footprint.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gap analysis to inform strategic decisions.
