Berlin, Germany – BASF Services Europe GmbH is actively recruiting a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead Data Foundation (m/f/d) to join their Agricultural Solutions Expert Services unit. This is a permanent, full-time position within the Information Technology & Services sector, offering a compelling hybrid work model with a required presence in Berlin and residency in Germany.
The successful candidate will assume disciplinary leadership responsibilities, including work assignment, target setting, and performance evaluation through consistent feedback. A strong commitment to sustainability and an entrepreneurial mindset are crucial for ensuring exceptional service delivery within the team.
This role necessitates close collaboration with internal partners within the Operating Division Agricultural Solutions and other BASF units, demanding effective stakeholder management and the ability to prioritize service delivery. Furthermore, the Teamlead will act as a project manager for the operational governance of the AP Data Platform, playing a key role in supporting and advancing the cataloging of AP Data, defining data ownership and classification, and rectifying existing classifications.
Key Qualifications:
- Completed diploma or master’s degree.
- Demonstrable initial professional experience and preferably initial experience in employee management.
- Experience within the agricultural sector is considered a distinct advantage.
- Proven know-how in the optimization of internal processes and structures, as well as in projects focused on continuous business process improvement.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in German is advantageous.
- Strong customer and service orientation.
- An open and motivating leadership style.
Compensation and Benefits:
BASF offers a competitive gross annual salary ranging from €70,000 to €74,000 (full-time), commensurate with qualifications and professional experience.
