Position Overview
The Associate for Base Ecosystem will play a key role in expanding the Base network by supporting partnerships, driving growth strategies, and ensuring operational excellence. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong onchain and technology background who are passionate about blockchain’s potential to redefine the financial system.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Infrastructure & Partnerships: Support Base Chain, Base App, Base Pay, Base Build, and Spindl partnerships and alliances.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute strategies that establish Base as the preferred platform for developers, enterprises, and users.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain productive relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Operational Excellence: Execute complex transactions and manage multiple projects while ensuring clear communication, analytical rigor, and focus on results.
Perfect Candidate Profile
Education & Experience Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in technology, finance (corporate development, investing), or consulting.
- Proven track record of deal execution, including M&A, investments, or large partnerships.
- Strong passion for onchain applications and blockchain platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Results-driven with humility and self-awareness.
- Skilled in managing projects across multiple stakeholders with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-pressure, innovative environments.
