About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the CIC team in delivering exceptional customer experiences through strategically planned and flawlessly executed events. This involves:
- Strategic Leadership: Developing and implementing the CIC team strategy and value proposition, ensuring alignment with Telstra’s overarching business objectives.
- End-to-End Event Management: Overseeing the planning, execution, and post-event analysis of all CIC events, guaranteeing seamless operations and impactful customer experiences.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Fostering strong relationships with internal teams across Sales, Solutions, Communications, and Marketing to drive customer advocacy and achieve business outcomes.
- Operational Excellence: Maintaining a keen focus on operational efficiency, resolving any on-site issues, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively seeking stakeholder feedback, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing measures to optimize event experiences.
