- Director Research
- Associate Director Research
Ideal Candidates for Each Position:

| Director Research | Education: PhD from an HEC-recognized University in Defence and Strategic Studies, Strategic and Nuclear Studies, Defence and Diplomatic Studies, International Relations, International Security, or Peace and Conflict Studies. <br> Experience: <br> – 10 years of experience in a senior research position at a well-respected institution. <br> – 5 years of experience supervising research studies and projects. <br> – 5 years of experience in conducting national and international seminars and conferences. <br> – 5 years of experience in supervising/managing academic publications. <br> – Demonstrated digital literacy. <br> – 10 or more publications in HEC-recognized national/international journals. |
| Associate Director Research | Education: M.Phil from an HEC-recognized University in Defence and Strategic Studies, Strategic and Nuclear Studies, Defence and Diplomatic Studies, International Relations, International Security, or Peace and Conflict Studies. <br> Experience: <br> – 5 or more years of experience in research. <br> – 5 years of experience in supervising/directing research or undertaking research work. <br> – 5 or more research articles published in HEC-recognized national/international journals. <br> – 2 years of experience in supervising/managing academic publications. <br> – Demonstrated digital literacy. |
