1. Commercial Strategy and Category Growth
The manager leads category planning from vision to execution. They set strategic priorities, create data-backed category plans, and steer actions that increase revenue, profit, conversion, AOV, and customer satisfaction.
2. Digital Journey Optimization
Every touchpoint of the online experience falls under this role. This includes improving product pages, refining pricing actions, enhancing stock visibility, and ensuring a smooth checkout flow.
3. Performance and Market Insights

Required Background
- Experience in ecommerce or category management, or a similar commercial digital function
- Strong analytical ability and familiarity with tools such as GfK, analytics dashboards, and forecasting systems
- Ability to turn insights into clear commercial actions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Structured, growth-focused approach
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field
- Fluency in English. Dutch is a plus.
