What the Role Entails:

This position requires a dynamic individual who can gather and analyze information from various sources, translating business needs into technical requirements. The Product Manager will collaborate with developers, subject matter experts, and business units to define product features, roadmaps, and delivery strategies. A strong understanding of automotive technology, particularly in areas like telematics, GPS, BLE, and vehicle simulation, is essential. The role also demands experience in Agile/Scrum development environments and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gathering and evaluating information from multiple sources.
• Translating business needs into application and operational requirements.
• Analyzing trade-offs between usability and performance.
• Liaising between technology, support, and business teams.
• Defining product features, roadmaps, and delivery.
• Providing automotive technology expertise.
• Managing end-to-end delivery, integrations, and post-production operations.
• Participating in daily scrums, incident reviews, and retrospective assessments.
• Communicating project and team status to stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 6-10 years of experience in designing applications, products, and services around IoT, including 3 years in the EV sector.
• Degree in Computer Science/Electronics/Electrical Engineering/Mechanical, or equivalent, and Business Management.
• Strong knowledge of Android OS embedded software development.
• Experience documenting use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Expertise in telematics, GPS, BLE, and/or Wi-Fi protocols.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and interface/bus architectures.
• Experience with vehicle simulation tools.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
