Job Overview:
The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding the market presence of Milton Roy’s mixing and agitator equipment. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong technical background in mixing technologies and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving annual mixer sales growth within the region.
- Developing and managing relationships with end-users and channel partners.
- Providing technical support and training to regional sales teams.
- Developing and implementing strategic growth plans.
- Analyzing competitive landscapes and identifying new market opportunities.
- Creating and executing commercial strategies for large projects.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in selling mixers to relevant industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Experience with Side Entry Mixing technology is a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 65%.
