Perth, Australia – Qantas Airways is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join its subsidiary, Network Aviation, based in Perth. This exciting opportunity within the Customer Delivery and Transformation team will play a crucial role in driving growth and improvement across Network Aviation’s operations.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting ongoing business reviews and focusing on customer and operational metrics.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 3+ years of experience in an analyst or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A proven track record of driving continuous improvement.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in complex operational environments is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Power BI is a significant advantage.
