Lucky Core Industries (LCI) is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Maintenance Manager to join our team at our state-of-the-art Soda Ash manufacturing facility in Khewra. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading industry player.
What You’ll Do:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans for critical equipment, including diesel generators, heavy earthmoving machinery, and road headers.
- Technical Expertise: Oversee top-end overhauls, maintenance, and troubleshooting of diesel generators, heavy earthmoving equipment, road headers, hydraulic systems, and dust collection plants.
- Inventory Management: Optimize inventory levels for spare parts, machinery, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
- Safety First: Prioritize safety by adhering to strict HSE guidelines and fostering a culture of safety among team members.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of skilled technicians to achieve operational excellence.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong technical knowledge of diesel generators, heavy equipment, and hydraulic systems
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
