Lockheed Martin is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior SAP Business Analyst to join the 1LMX (One Lockheed Martin) Transformation program. This is a full-time, remote position with a 4×10 work schedule (Fridays off!).

About 1LMX

The 1LMX Transformation program is the largest internal program ever undertaken by Lockheed Martin. It will re-engineer business processes with a focus on commonality, interoperability, and a better stakeholder experience.

Responsibilities

As a Senior SAP Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Lockheed Martin’s HR payroll processes. Your responsibilities will include:

Optimizing and streamlining SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) processes
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions
Configuring and supporting the ECP system
Gathering and documenting functional requirements
Designing, delivering, and testing solutions
Coordinating with product management on funding and priorities

Qualifications

In-depth knowledge of SAP ECP modules
Experience in SAP ECP implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment
Experience with data migration and conversion from legacy systems to SAP ECP
Experience with business process re-engineering and optimization
Experience working with cross-functional teams

Desired Skills

Experience with Jira, Zephyr, Agile Hive, Confluence
Strong SQL skills
Proficiency in SAP ECP configuration and implementation tools
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., ABAP, Java)
