The SAP Academy for Customer Success offers a transformative 10-month journey combining real-world experience, immersive learning, and mentorship. Graduates emerge ready to guide customers through complex digital transformations using cutting-edge SAP technologies.
Participants will:
- Engage in global learning sessions and experiential projects.
- Work directly with senior mentors to solve real business challenges.
- Develop expertise in SAP solutions, industries, and cloud innovation.
- Learn to design and deliver high-impact presentations and demos.
After completing the program, associates step into full-time Solution Advisor roles—driving customer engagement, discovery sessions, and strategic solution development.
Who You’ll Become
The Solution Advisor is a trusted expert within the SAP sales team—someone who understands both business strategy and technology. From discovery meetings to live demonstrations, they help customers envision how SAP’s innovations can accelerate their success.
As part of the Presales function, you’ll be at the intersection of technology and business impact, shaping how global organizations run smarter.
Areas of Specialization
Participants will develop deep knowledge in at least one of the following solution areas:
- SAP Finance & Spend Management (F&S): Covering accounting, procurement, and supplier management to enhance visibility, cut costs, and drive efficiency.
- SAP SuccessFactors (HCM): Focusing on talent management, HR analytics, and workforce experience to empower people and performance.
What You Bring
SAP seeks passionate individuals with 2–3 years of professional experience and a potent mix of technical and business understanding. Ideal candidates will demonstrate:
- Foundational knowledge of business processes and digital solutions.
- Problem-solving skills with an analytical and creative mindset.
- Curiosity and adaptability to learn emerging technologies like AI.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation.
- Proficiency in English and Swedish.
A resilient attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to thrive in fast-changing environments are essential.
The Global Learning Experience
The program includes immersive international training—potentially involving two short learning trips to San Ramon, California. Participants will engage in hands-on workshops, peer collaboration, and customer simulations.
