The Role at a Glance
The Application Support IT professional will join the Intelligent Parts Price Management (IPPM) product team. This team supports global price managers in parts pricing, ensuring solutions are reliable, efficient, and future-ready.
The role is central to maintaining system performance, solving issues, and ensuring business users worldwide have the tools they need to succeed.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide daily support to business users, handling incidents, problems, and service-related queries.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues by identifying root causes.
- Monitor the IPPM system on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to ensure smooth performance.
- Share knowledge across the product team to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with engineers, software developers, and cross-functional teams to drive solution enhancements.
Preferred Candidate
The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong problem-solving and communication skills. They are proactive, adaptable, and motivated to deliver results in a dynamic digital environment.
Essential Competencies
- Solid understanding of the ITIL framework.
- Proficiency in Incident, Change, Knowledge, and Problem Management (preferably via ServiceNow).
- Practical experience with SQL.
- Strong documentation and analytical skills.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Client-focused mindset with a proactive, responsible, and open approach.
