Enrollio is a specialized software platform designed to simplify operations for dance studios and activity-based businesses. We help studio owners manage enrollments, scheduling, and communications so they can focus on their passion—teaching.
We are seeking an energetic and personable Remote Sales Manager to be the frontline voice of our brand. This is a dynamic, customer-facing role where you will manage the entire sales pipeline—from initial inquiry to closing the deal on live demo calls. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and drive the sales pipeline for Enrollio, from lead qualification to conducting persuasive 1:1 live Zoom demos and closing deals.

Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries via live chat, phone, and email, serving as the first point of contact for potential clients.

Use your interpersonal skills to create positive, lasting first impressions and build trust with studio owners and administrators.

Utilize organizational skills to keep detailed and accurate records in our CRM system, ensuring smooth pipeline management and follow-up.

Be “camera-ready” and articulate in presenting our software solution, clearly communicating its value to a niche audience.

Required Experience & Skills:

High School Diploma or GEDÂ required.

Some experience in a US-based dance studio (teaching, administration, or management) is highly preferred.

Familiarity with online scheduling and calendars (e.g., Google Calendar).

Proven skills in time management, organization, patience, and active listening.

Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include mornings, evenings, or weekends to accommodate client availability.
