Key Responsibilities

Provide live technical support to customers through phone, chat, and email communication channels.

Diagnose and resolve issues related to domain registration, DNS settings, hosting services, and email configuration.

Assist customers with tasks such as connecting domains to websites, transferring domains, and setting up hosting environments.

Guide users through troubleshooting steps to resolve website or domain-related issues.

Maintain clear and professional communication while helping customers solve technical challenges.

Document support interactions and solutions to improve support efficiency.

Work collaboratively with the support team to maintain high-quality customer service standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of experience in technical support or help desk roles.

Work Schedule

Full-time remote position (40 hours per week)

Salary & Benefits

Starting salary: $40,000 per year
