Key Responsibilities

  • Provide live technical support to customers through phone, chat, and email communication channels.

  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to domain registration, DNS settings, hosting services, and email configuration.

  • Assist customers with tasks such as connecting domains to websites, transferring domains, and setting up hosting environments.

  • Guide users through troubleshooting steps to resolve website or domain-related issues.

  • Maintain clear and professional communication while helping customers solve technical challenges.

  • Document support interactions and solutions to improve support efficiency.

  • Work collaboratively with the support team to maintain high-quality customer service standards.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or help desk roles.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time remote position (40 hours per week)

  • Work schedule includes weekend shifts

  • Available shift options include weekday and weekend coverage aligned with U.S. time zones


Salary & Benefits

  • Starting salary: $40,000 per year
