Technical Support Role
We’re seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer with strong Laravel and Vue.js expertise to provide advanced technical assistance for our growing customer base. This position bridges customer support and software development, focusing on resolving complex technical issues while maintaining system stability and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Advanced Technical Support:

Investigate and resolve escalated technical issues from frontline support teams

Debug and implement fixes for software defects in Laravel and Vue.js applications

Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and system integration challenges

Maintain and optimize existing codebase for enhanced reliability and scalability
Customer-Focused Problem Solving:

Translate complex technical solutions into customer-friendly explanations

Prioritize support tickets based on business impact and user needs

Collaborate with product teams to address recurring technical challenges

Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge base development
Technical Collaboration:

Work closely with development teams on complex issue resolution

Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

Support system maintenance and performance optimization initiatives

Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and tools
Required Qualifications

Professional experience with Laravel framework and PHP development

Strong proficiency in Vue.js (versions 2.x/3.x) for frontend applications

Solid understanding of database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL)

Experience troubleshooting technical issues in customer-facing roles

Ability to manage remote server administration and deployment processes
