We are now looking for a bilingual (French/English) Student Relations Advisor to join us as the human bridge between our life-changing programs and the students who need them most.


Your Mission: Guide, Advise, Enroll

As a Student Relations Advisor, you are the first meaningful point of contact for prospective students. Your mission is to accompany them from their very first inquiry through to successful enrollment—and beyond.

You will listen deeply to understand their financial goals, provide tailored guidance on our programs, and ensure every interaction leaves them feeling supported, informed, and confident in their decision to invest in their financial future. You are part sales consultant, part student advocate, and part educational guide.


What You’ll Do

Lead Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Contact and connect with prospective students via calls, emails, and digital channels.

  • Build genuine relationships through consistent, empathetic follow-up.

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date prospect records in HubSpot CRM.

Sales & Enrollment Excellence

  • Understand each prospect’s unique educational needs and financial aspirations.

  • Provide detailed, clear information about courses, programs, and learning outcomes.

  • Address questions and concerns with transparency and patience.

  • Guide students through the enrollment process and confidently close sales while exceeding monthly targets.

Exceptional Student Experience

  • Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after registration.

  • Troubleshoot student concerns and escalate thoughtfully when needed.

  • Ensure every student feels valued, heard, and supported.

Product Mastery

  • Develop deep expertise in EFA’s course offerings, teaching methodologies, and student outcomes.

  • Stay current on new program launches, curriculum updates, and industry trends.

Data-Driven Performance

  • Track and report on sales activities, conversion rates, and KPIs.

  • Analyze lead data to identify patterns, optimize outreach, and improve conversion.

Continuous Growth & Collaboration

  • Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development.

  • Share successful strategies and best practices with the broader team.

  • Embrace AI tools and innovative sales technologies to work smarter.

Upselling & Cross-Selling

  • Identify opportunities to introduce current students to advanced or complementary programs.

  • Promote additional educational services that genuinely enhance the student journey.


Who You Are (Required Qualifications)

  • Native or professional proficiency in both French and English (verbal and written)—non-negotiable.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • 2+ years of professional experience in a sales, enrollment, or client advisory role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills; comfortable with consultative, values-based selling.

  • Tech Proficiency:

    • Experience with CRM software (HubSpot strongly preferred) .

    • Familiarity with email marketing tools and sales engagement platforms.

    • Bonus: Knowledge of AI-powered sales or productivity tools.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Proactive, self-starting mindset with high initiative.

    • Excellent communicator and empathetic listener.

    • Collaborative team player who also thrives working independently.

    • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic, fully remote environment.

Preferred (Standout Candidates):

  • Experience in the e-learning, EdTech, or financial services/fintech sector.

  • Existing knowledge of options trading, investing, or financial markets.
