We are looking for a Staff UI UX Product Designer who sees destroying complexity as an art form
The Opportunity
As Staff Product Designer you will be responsible for leading the design of our platform ensuring that every interaction is intuitive every screen is elegant and every feature is a joy to use. You will play a critical role in shaping the product’s direction working closely with leadership and our product and engineering teams to bring your designs to life
What You’ll Do

Lead the design process from concept to execution including user research wireframing prototyping visual design and interaction design

Develop and maintain a consistent design language and style guide that reflects our brand and product vision

Leverage data user feedback and research to refine the user journey

Drive the overall design vision for the product aligned with the company’s long term strategy and values

Inspire the team with innovative ideas and a commitment to creating a product that users love and remember
Who You Are
-
You have proven ability to lead design projects and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams

You have very senior experience in UI UX design for a SaaS product with a world class portfolio demonstrating your ability to create delightful intuitive and fluid experiences

You live and breathe in design tools we use Whimsical for mockups and Figma for designs

You have the ability to think outside the box and push conventional design to create something truly differentiated

You have excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders

You have a deep passion for design a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of what makes a product truly exceptional

You have attention to detail

Very special kudos if you are a short term rental or Airbnb host or have been working in a short term rental business
Location Requirements
This is a remote only and distributed company. Your location is not a requirement for this position but the ideal fit would work in a European or American up to East Coast timezone

Compensation

Total cash budget for this role is between USD $133,200 for Senior I to $188,000 for Staff I depending on seniority and cost of living in your location

Gross salary for US employees could be anywhere between $113,220 to $159,800

Company equity through RSUs with a grant value of up to $75,200

Eligibility for up to an additional $459,816 per year in Performance Share Units tied to clearly defined business performance targets
