Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain high-quality front-end applications using React and TypeScript
- Develop reusable, scalable UI components and design system integrations
- Improve application performance, maintainability, and scalability
- Refactor and modernize existing codebases for better efficiency and user experience
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to deliver impactful features
- Solve complex engineering challenges related to state management, rendering performance, and UI architecture
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration processes
- Contribute to technical discussions, architecture decisions, and best practices
Requirements / Skills
- 6+ years of experience building front-end applications
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and modern CSS
- Experience building reusable components and scalable UI systems
- Familiarity with API design and integration
- Experience with testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI tools or modern developer tooling
- Familiarity with Node.js, Tailwind, or modern front-end frameworks
- Experience working with design systems and accessibility standards
- Background in no-code or low-code platforms
- Previous experience in technical leadership roles
