Content Creation Opportunity

We’re seeking a dynamic Social Media Content Creator who embodies the intersection of strategic content management and platform-native creativity. This role demands a professional who thrives in fast-paced digital environments, possesses an innate understanding of viral content mechanics, and can translate complex performance nutrition benefits into engaging, scroll-stopping video content. The ideal candidate lives and breathes social media trends while maintaining strategic focus on brand growth and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Content Production & Strategy:

• Create and publish daily video content across YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok

• Develop repeatable content series that drive audience retention and follower growth

• Capture and edit founder interviews, athlete collaborations, and user-generated content

• Own content calendar management and rapid iteration based on performance analytics

• Write compelling copy including hooks, captions, and engagement-driving comments

Platform Growth & Community Management:

• Achieve significant monthly organic impression growth across primary platforms

• Implement community engagement strategies including video replies and pinned comments

• Coordinate content shoots ranging from street interviews to professional studio productions

• Manage talent coordination and basic audio/visual production requirements

• Transform analytics into actionable content improvements and strategic adjustments

Brand Development & Performance Metrics:

• Increase average video views by 300% within first 90 days

• Generate 2.5+ million monthly organic impressions across platforms

• Launch high-retention content series maintaining ≥50% audience retention

• Maintain consistent publishing cadence of 5-7 weekly posts plus supplemental content

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional social media management experience

• Portfolio demonstrating successful native social video performance

• Advanced proficiency with editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, IG Edits)

• Deep understanding of fitness culture and performance-focused audiences

• Experience growing brand or creator channels with significant monthly impressions

• Knowledge of audio cleanup, speed ramping, subtitle creation, and thumbnail design

• Background in CPG brand social media management

• Familiarity with health, wellness, and nutrition industry trends
