To achieve this, we need a strategic leader who can translate deep customer insights into powerful brand narratives and intuitive product experiences.
We are seeking a Senior UX & Brand Strategist to serve as the company’s central insight engine. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you will sit at the intersection of Product, Growth, Operations, and Design. You will be responsible for unifying customer understanding, defining our multi-brand ecosystem (LawnStarter, Lawn Love, HomeGnome), and embedding a culture of disciplined discovery to guide our most critical decisions. Your Mission: Be the Architect of Customer-Centric Strategy
You will own the strategic narrative that aligns our teams and brands. Your work will directly influence roadmaps, brand positioning, and the millions of interactions within our marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Strategic Discovery:Â Own initiative-level discovery for major product and brand opportunities, uncovering the “why” behind customer and Pro behaviors.

Build Insight Engines:Â Develop and evangelize a continuous, scalable discovery practice (rapid interviews, surveys, validation tests) that democratizes customer understanding across the organization.

Define Multi-Brand Strategy:Â Architect clear positioning, segmentation, and value propositions for our three-brand ecosystem to maximize market reach and minimize cannibalization.

Translate Insights into Action: Synthesize research into actionable artifacts—personas, jobs-to-be-done frameworks, strategic briefs—that directly inform product roadmaps and design decisions.

Drive Alignment & Narrative:Â Craft compelling narratives (journey maps, insight decks) to align cross-functional teams around a shared understanding of customer problems and strategic direction.

Instilling Disciplined Discovery:Â Introduce fast, scrappy research cycles that keep pace with our velocity, ensuring we build features customers actually want and avoid costly assumptions.

Who You Are (The Ideal Candidate):

4-8+ years of experience in a hybrid role spanning UX Research, Product Strategy, Service Design, or Brand Strategy.
