The Role: Senior Product Manager, Crushers Portfolio
We are seeking a strategic and seasoned Product Manager to own and drive the commercial success of our Crushers product line across North America. This high-impact, remote role is pivotal in strengthening our market leadership, enhancing product competitiveness, and delivering tailored solutions for our mining and aggregate customers. You will serve as the regional subject matter expert, bridging technical expertise with commercial strategy to shape the future of our most critical equipment portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary regional authority on crusher equipment, providing deep technical support to Sales and Engineering teams.

Shape and execute the multi-year product strategy, identifying offering gaps, driving new technology introductions, and building compelling business cases.

Conduct in-depth market analysis on competitors, pricing, and industry trends to inform strategic decisions and capture growth opportunities.

Monitor product reliability and customer satisfaction metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives and influencing future product design.

Track portfolio P&L performance, measure ROI on initiatives, and develop tools and strategies to enable sales success and maximize market share.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mining, Industrial) is strongly preferred; equivalent education and extensive relevant experience will be considered.

8+ years of hands-on, progressive experience with crushing equipment and media in roles such as Product Management, Technical Support, Product Engineering, or Application Engineering.

Deep, practical understanding of crushing processes, customer applications, and the competitive landscape within the mining and/or aggregate industries.

Proven ability to develop product strategy, analyze market data, and translate insights into actionable business plans.

Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, forecasting, and P&L management.

Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally to customer sites, facilities, and meetings.
