Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop and manage paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing, and paid social channels
- Plan and execute campaigns for lead generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and product-led growth
- Allocate and optimize budgets based on performance and business priorities
Campaign Optimization & Performance
- Build, launch, and manage campaigns end-to-end
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates, cost efficiency, and lead quality
- Conduct structured testing on targeting, messaging, and creative assets
Keyword & Search Strategy
- Perform keyword research to identify high-intent opportunities
- Manage keyword targeting, match types, and negative keywords
- Improve campaign relevance and quality scores
Creative & Conversion Optimization
- Write and refine ad copy across search, social, and display channels
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop effective creatives
- Improve landing page performance through data-driven insights
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and CRM systems
- Measure success based on metrics such as CPL, CAC, and pipeline contribution
- Provide clear performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and RevOps teams
- Align campaigns with messaging, positioning, and business goals
- Support full-funnel marketing strategies including remarketing and retention
Requirements / Skills
- 5–7+ years of experience managing PPC and paid media campaigns
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Expertise in advanced bidding strategies (tCPA, tROAS, value-based bidding)
- Experience with demand generation funnels and lead qualification processes
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ABM platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase
- Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and landing page optimization
- Experience working in B2B SaaS or technology environments
