Key Responsibilities
Paid Campaign Management

Lead and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, and other advertising networks.

Manage high-volume advertising budgets and scale campaigns while maintaining strong performance metrics.
Growth Strategy & Analysis

Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and internal dashboards.

Track key performance indicators including cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), retention, and lifetime value (LTV).

Identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency and conversion performance.
Creative & Funnel Optimization

Develop creative briefs for marketing campaigns and collaborate with content teams on high-performing ad concepts.

Test landing pages and marketing funnels to improve conversion rates and user engagement.

Implement structured experimentation processes to optimize marketing performance.
Partnership & Media Strategy

Build relationships with advertising platforms and traffic partners.

Identify new user acquisition channels and evaluate potential growth opportunities.

Monitor industry changes and adjust strategies based on evolving advertising platform policies and algorithms.
Automation & Campaign Scaling

Implement automation and internal tools to streamline campaign management processes.

Develop repeatable marketing frameworks and growth playbooks for scaling campaigns efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications

4–10+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition.

Proven experience managing large paid advertising budgets.

Hands-on experience with platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads, or similar networks.

Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics tools and performance dashboards.

Experience optimizing landing pages, conversion funnels, and creative advertising campaigns.

Ability to manage rapid experimentation cycles and scale successful campaigns quickly.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
