Remote Senior People Business Partner Manager Opportunity
Fieldguide is hiring a Senior Manager, People Business Partner (PBP) to support organizational growth and employee engagement within a rapidly expanding technology company. This strategic HR leadership role focuses on aligning talent management, employee development, and company culture with overall business goals.
The successful candidate will work closely with leadership teams, helping managers navigate performance conversations, employee relations, and talent development while building a strong and scalable people operations framework.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic People Business Partner supporting leadership teams across the organization.

Align talent strategies with business objectives and company growth plans.

Coach managers on performance management, employee development, and leadership best practices.

Support employee relations matters and guide teams through workplace challenges.

Develop organizational health dashboards and use data insights to inform leadership decisions.

Conduct quarterly business reviews with departments to track performance, goals, and talent alignment.

Help implement talent development programs including competency frameworks, career paths, and leadership training.

Support employee engagement initiatives such as feedback programs, surveys, and team events.

Partner with People Operations leadership to improve organizational processes and employee experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience in HR leadership or People Business Partner roles.

Ability to partner with executives and managers to align people strategy with business outcomes.

Experience managing employee performance programs, engagement initiatives, and leadership development.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and present insights to leadership.

Experience working with distributed or global teams.

Excellent communication and coaching abilities.

Salary & Compensation

Base Salary: $165,000 – $190,000 per year
