Key Responsibilities

Market Expansion & Community Growth

  • Lead growth initiatives targeting Ghanaian communities across the United States and Canada
  • Represent the brand at community events, expos, and networking opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with local leaders, organizations, and partners
  • Establish a local presence in key cities through regular travel and engagement

User Acquisition & Campaign Strategy

  • Develop and execute growth strategies across online and offline channels
  • Own and achieve user acquisition targets for assigned markets
  • Optimize campaigns using data-driven insights and performance metrics

Partnership Development

  • Identify and manage partnerships with community organizations and businesses
  • Negotiate sponsorships and collaboration opportunities to drive growth
  • Ensure partnerships deliver measurable and sustainable outcomes

Market Insights & Feedback

  • Conduct research to understand user behavior, needs, and preferences
  • Share insights with product and marketing teams to improve offerings
  • Act as the internal voice of the customer, ensuring local relevance

Brand Representation

  • Serve as a brand ambassador, communicating the company’s mission and value clearly
  • Promote products through effective storytelling and community engagement

Requirements / Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or sales roles
  • Proven ability to drive user acquisition and meet performance targets
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to optimize strategies
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the United States and Canada
  • Strong understanding of community-based marketing and engagement
