The Role: Senior Flutter Engineer
As a Senior Flutter Engineer, you will take ownership of our mobile development lifecycle—from designing and building new applications to optimizing and scaling our existing Flutter codebase. You will be a technical leader, collaborating closely with UI/UX designers and backend teams to deliver seamless, reliable user experiences on both iOS and Android platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end development of new Flutter applications and major enhancements to existing ones.

  • Architect, build, and maintain clean, efficient, reusable, and reliable Dart/Flutter code.

  • Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into polished, functional user interfaces.

  • Integrate with RESTful APIs, third-party services, and databases to deliver full-featured mobile solutions.

  • Ensure optimal app performance, quality, and responsiveness; diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

  • Mentor junior developers and promote code quality, modern architectural patterns, and best practices within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience, with 3+ years specializing in Flutter/Dart for production applications.

  • Proven track record of building, shipping, and maintaining mobile apps on both iOS and Android via Flutter.

  • Deep understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle, including publishing to app stores.

  • Expertise in State Management solutions (Provider, BLoC, Riverpod, etc.).

  • Strong experience integrating with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and Firebase services.

  • Proficient with Git version control and modern development workflows.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong foundation in algorithms and software design.

  • Effective communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fully remote team environment.
