Key Responsibilities

Lead large-scale website design and development projects from initial kickoff through successful launch.

Manage client relationships and guide projects through the full lifecycle, including ongoing improvement and digital marketing initiatives.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including designers, developers, UX specialists, and marketing professionals.

Translate client business goals into clear project roadmaps and actionable tasks for delivery teams.

Monitor timelines, budgets, and project scope to ensure successful delivery and strong project margins.

Facilitate client meetings, progress updates, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure project work aligns with client growth objectives and performance goals.

Maintain high standards of operational discipline, organization, and team collaboration across projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of project management experience in a digital agency or web development environment.

Strong understanding of website development processes, digital marketing workflows, and UX best practices.

Ability to manage complex project scopes, timelines, and budgets.

Experience working with modern digital tools and platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, or project management software like Asana.

Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to engage with executive stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications

Certifications such as PMP, ScrumMaster, Google Analytics, or CRO-related training.

Experience leading projects involving digital marketing, SEO, or conversion optimization initiatives.

Familiarity with modern AI productivity tools used in project management workflows.
