ZayZoon is seeking a Senior Manager of Data Engineering & Analytics to lead the development of its data infrastructure and analytics ecosystem. This leadership role combines hands-on data engineering expertise with strategic oversight to ensure that company teams can transform raw data into meaningful insights that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a strategic vision for how data supports company growth and operational decision-making.

Design and maintain scalable data infrastructure, pipelines, and analytics systems.

Build reliable and secure data platforms that enable teams to access accurate and actionable insights.

Establish data governance practices including ownership standards, documentation, and data quality controls.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve revenue visibility, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making.

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics frameworks to guide business performance.

Lead and mentor a team of data engineers and analysts while promoting best practices across the organization.

Ensure that data systems remain flexible and scalable as the company continues to grow.
Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in data engineering and analytics roles.

3+ years of leadership or people management experience in data-focused teams.

Strong knowledge of modern data infrastructure including ETL pipelines, data warehouses, orchestration tools, and analytics platforms.

Experience designing KPI frameworks and data governance systems.

Ability to collaborate with product, marketing, and revenue teams to align analytics with business strategy.

Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.

Experience integrating systems such as CRM platforms, data warehouses, and customer data platforms (CDPs).
