Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to convert leads into customers
- Engage with customers to explain services and recommend suitable plans
- Upsell recurring service packages to increase customer value
- Manage a high volume of calls (200+ per week) with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quality performance metrics
- Provide excellent customer service while handling objections effectively
Requirements / Skills
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in telesales, call center, or BPO environments
- Proven ability to close sales and achieve performance targets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Ability to handle objections and adapt to different customer needs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and communication platforms
Work Environment / Benefits
- Fully remote role based in Johannesburg, South Africa
- Fixed-term contract (February to September) with potential extension
- Competitive hourly pay: R99/hour base + up to R66/hour in incentives
