Are you an experienced Dynamics 365 leader seeking a high-impact remote role with an innovative Microsoft partner? We are hiring a Project Manager to lead national and international ERP implementations.

With a skilled team across Europe, we specialize in transforming business processes through Microsoft Dynamics 365.
We are seeking a motivated and structured Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) projects. In this role, you will be the strategic human link between our clients and our technical teams, turning complex requirements into successful, tailor-made ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full project lifecycle for national and international Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementations, from initial requirements analysis to go-live and support.

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and develop functional, customer-specific solutions that map directly to business processes.

Serve as the primary point of contact (H/U/M/A/N) for clients, conducting workshops, leading key user training sessions, and ensuring exceptional stakeholder satisfaction.

Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary project teams (consultants, developers) to ensure on-time, on-budget, and on-scope delivery.

Apply a strong analytical mindset and professional overview to maintain solution integrity and navigate complex project challenges.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Several years of hands-on consulting and project management experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and/or AX 2012.

Demonstrated experience leading ERP implementation projects through all phases (discovery, design, build, test, deploy, support).

Strong customer focus, confident demeanor, and excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Ability to abstract complex business processes, maintain a holistic solution view, and drive projects to successful conclusions.

Enjoys collaborative work in an agile environment but is also capable of independent, self-managed execution.

Fluency in German and English. Willingness to travel occasionally for key client workshops and meetings.

A proactive, “can-do” attitude and a passion for continuous learning in a fast-paced tech environment.
