The Role: Data Entry Specialist
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be the backbone of our data management system. You will ensure that all information entered into our databases is accurate, consistent, and up-to-date, supporting the firm’s day-to-day operations and strategic goals. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to quality will directly contribute to the efficiency and reliability of our global legal services.
Key Responsibilities:

Accurately input, update, and verify client and case information in company databases and CRM systems.

Review source documents for completeness and resolve any discrepancies in data.

Perform regular data audits to correct errors, eliminate duplication, and maintain high data integrity.

Organize and maintain digital files and records for easy access and retrieval by team members.

Collaborate with administrative and legal teams to ensure data consistency across departments.

Generate routine reports and extract specific data sets as requested by management.

Strictly adhere to data privacy and confidentiality protocols, especially concerning sensitive legal and client information.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (an Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus).

Proven experience in a data entry, administrative support, or records management role.
