WorkinVirtual is partnering with a premier B2B software company to recruit a Relationship Manager to nurture and expand their portfolio of global enterprise accounts. This is a high-impact role where you will be the primary architect of client loyalty, revenue expansion, and long-term partnership value.
You will leverage sophisticated CRM platforms and customer success methodologies to become a trusted advisor to your clients. Your ability to understand complex business needs, identify growth opportunities, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction will be critical to achieving significant net revenue retention and fostering strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities: Nurture, Expand, and Retain

Develop and execute comprehensive account plans for a portfolio of key clients, focusing on understanding their business objectives and aligning our solutions to drive mutual success.

Proactively manage the client lifecycle to ensure high satisfaction, driving client retention, identifying expansion opportunities, and mitigating churn risk.

Utilize advanced CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) to track all client interactions, forecast renewal revenue, and maintain accurate account health metrics.

Lead strategic QBRs to review performance metrics, demonstrate ROI, present new solutions, and solidify the roadmap for continued partnership.

Identify and execute on opportunities to expand the client’s product usage and introduce new services that deliver additional value.

Serve as the client’s internal advocate, channeling feedback to product, marketing, and support teams to influence service improvements and product development.
Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a relationship management, account management, or customer success role, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.

Proven track record of managing enterprise-level accounts and achieving targets for client retention, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction (e.g., NPS, CSAT).

Expert proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot for pipeline and account management.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage C-suite executives.

Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a global portfolio in a fully remote work environment.
